A Message from J. Andrew Rottner, President of North Texas Bank
It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to North Texas Bank. At North Texas Bank, you will find a superior banking solution for you, your family and your business needs. North Texas Bank will offer outstanding customer service, timely responses to your questions, experience beyond all others and a warm and friendly atmosphere with people who want to help you.
North Texas Bank was chartered in September 2004 with headquarters in Decatur, Texas. The bank is the only true local community owned and operated bank in Decatur. Management and team members consist of veteran bankers with over 300 years banking experience. We will bring back the service, integrity, reliability, responsiveness and friendliness you used to know, but offer all the modern conveniences demanded by today's busy families.
In October of 2008, North Texas Bank opened our first branch office in Colleyville. An excellent team of bankers will oversee the growth and opportunities in Tarrant County. This is an excellent addition for North Texas Bank and will allow us to better serve our Tarrant County clients in a high growth market.
In January of 2010, North Texas Bank opened our second branch office in Roanoke. Their staff is excited about the opportunity to service the needs of Roanoke and surrounding areas. This addition will allow North Texas Bank to enter the Denton County market as well as expand our service in the Tarrant County market.
We feel very strongly about being responsive to our customer's needs and requests. In that regard, it is important to note that all decisions are made right here, locally in our Decatur, Colleyville, and Roanoke offices. All decisions are made internally without any delay to our customers. We realize the importance of responsiveness in our relationship with all our customers and strive to be the best in that regard.
I invite you and your business to give us a call. We are looking to establish long term relationships with the community and those in the community. We will do our best to earn your business and your respect and we look forward to being your financial partner for many years to come.
Thank you for allowing North Texas Bank the opportunity to be your financial partner.
Sincerely,
J. Andrew Rottner
